2. Free Estimates

Estimates are free and carry no obligation. An estimate becomes a binding price only when confirmed in writing by Captain's Tree Service after an on-site evaluation. Estimates may change if site conditions differ materially from the information provided.

3. 15% Discount Offer

• Valid for new customers who request an estimate through this website.
• Applies to the first completed service only; one discount per household/property.
• Cannot be combined with other offers or applied retroactively.
• Captain's Tree Service may modify or end the promotion at any time for future requests.

4. Communications

By submitting the form you consent to be contacted about your request by phone, text or email. Promotional messages require your separate opt-in. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Scheduling & Emergencies

Response and scheduling windows (including our 24-48 hour estimate target) are good-faith goals, not guarantees, and may be affected by weather, demand or emergencies. For urgent, hazardous situations call (856) 796-3536 instead of waiting for a form response.
